The system encompasses all stages of the process, starting from recording the transaction, through all procedures such as referrals, comments, and adding attachments, until the transaction is finalized, exported, or closed. It features a distinctive internal and email notification system. Additionally, the "Masaken" system is designed with the latest technological and visual tools to ensure compatibility across various devices and screens, offering high usability and multilingual support to guarantee seamless collaboration among the staff or sector members.
